Jupiter is Gemini, which is about a year long transit, is asking us to expand our known vocabulary and classifications of this phenomenal reality. Its asking us to take a more philosophical approach to our subjective opinions or maybe just helping us realize that our opinions are inherently subjective and theirs an infinite amount of different subjective opinions in the world and giving them all space to be rather than trying to convert everyone to ours.
With Jupiter in a first quarter trine to Pluto in Aquarius we could very well be overwhelmed by all the contradictory information being presented to us or maybe we feel it necessary to go around telling everyone how wrong they are. What happens when we face our own cognitive dissonance?

Today could feel disillusioning, if we hold tight to the value placed on our subjective truths and definitions. I think this weekend we’re being offered a change to mature our attachments to our selfdefention by surrendering to a higher meaning and reality. With the Venus in a first quarter square with Saturn today we can consider what’s been happening since their conjunction in Pisces which was March 21st of this year. Since then we’ve been experimenting and developing a more authentic and mature value system as well as putting that energy into our relationships with ourselves and others. So at this first quarter square we are being asked to take action to actualize this new experiance. It remind me of the 9 of pentacles card which is about valuing the rewards of self development such as making sacrifices and employ discipline to get what we need and achieve our goals. What is worth the dsiciplin and determination and even patience right now? This is also an adjustment phase, especially with Venus in Gemini there’s an overwhelm of potential options and paths but when we have the vantage point of long term goals that can help us be decisive with out energy.
The Cancer moon is setting off this transit as well so today we’re emotionally navigating our way. There could be frustrations and set backs that instigate us to think about if what we want is really worth it or if we’re being redirected to another path. So much gemini energy but Mars is at the last degree of Aries so we can talk it out and get lots of diverse opinions but ultimately it’s up to us to make the decision and take the action that will allow us to get where we are trying to go.

First let’s talk about Mars in Taurus! Mars shows where we are making choices and participating with life, the journey of constantly becoming. The evolutionary intent of Mars in Taurus is the desire to become some self reliant and self sufficient. There’s an isolating , internalized and even masterbatory flavor to this energy where it wants to be resistant and independent from societal values and conditions, take care of ourself first kinda deal. This is quite contradictory to all the Gemini energy at play that is so curious about others. Always important to remember that other peoples value, beliefs, etc are just as valid as our own, reality is relative. It does blend well with the Sun Saturn square today, asking us to reel in our energy and our mental focus to make sure we’re putting it in the most useful and constructive place.
Mars in Taurus can help us stay grounded and rooted in our core value system as we navigate the bombardment of others opinions and realities.
